First Vienna FC 1894, Austria’s oldest football club, is looking for dedicated youth coaches for the girls’ and women’s football department. We are seeking individuals who can support and develop our young players with expertise, passion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Your responsibilities:
Convey the sporting and social philosophy of First Vienna FC 1894
Coach and support young players in training and matches
Plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions
Work closely with the youth department and sporting leadership
Support team development and the individual progress of players in the girls’ section
Your profile:
Ideally hold a D or C coaching license
Quick to learn and highly reliable
Enthusiastic about working with young talent in women’s football
Strong communication and organizational skills
