Noah Steiner leaves First Vienna FC and joins SV Stripfing
After five successful years, Noah Steiner will leave First Vienna FC and join SV Stripfing ahead of the upcoming season. The 26-year-old centre-back moves from Austria’s oldest football club to the Lower Austrian side.
Steiner joined Vienna in January 2020 from SKN St. Pölten. Over the years, he made more than 120 competitive appearances for the Blue and Yellows, scoring 12 goals. He was an integral part of the team’s rise through the leagues, celebrating the Wiener Stadtliga title in 2021 and securing promotion to the Regionalliga Ost. Just one year later, the club won the RLO championship, earning promotion to the ADMIRAL 2nd Division, where Steiner spent three seasons representing Vienna at the heart of the defence.
Steiner began his footballing journey in the youth ranks of SC Wolkersdorf before moving to the academy of Austria Wien. His senior career started at SV Schwechat, followed by a spell at SKN St. Pölten, before he signed for First Vienna FC in 2020, where he played a key role in the club’s sporting resurgence.
First Vienna FC would like to sincerely thank Noah Steiner for his dedication, commitment, and the many shared successes. We wish him all the best and much success in his new sporting challenge at SV Stripfing.
