Vienna Amateurs host FC Stadlau at the Campus
In addition to our men’s and women’s first teams, our amateur side will also play their next league match this Saturday. At the Vienna Campus, our team will face FC Stadlau. Kickoff is at 2:00 p.m.
After three consecutive wins to start the season, the amateurs dropped points for the first time in the last round. Against 1980 Wien, they had to settle for a 1–1 draw. Vincent Zeidler scored the temporary lead.
In the standings, this meant losing the top spot to Dinamo Helfort, who remain unbeaten so far. However, the Vienna Amateurs still sit in a strong second place.
FC Stadlau, meanwhile, are currently in the lower half of the table. So far, the team — with former Vienna goalkeeper Edwin Djulic between the posts — has managed just one win this season, against FAC Amateurs. With three defeats, Stadlau currently sit in 13th place.
