Vienna Amateurs challenge FAC Amateurs away
The Vienna Amateurs will be guests this weekend in Süßenbrunn, where they face the FAC Amateurs. The match will take place on Sunday, November 2, with kick-off at 1:00 PM.
After a shaky start to the season, the FAC Amateurs have managed to pick up points in the last two rounds. They defeated WAF 4–1, and in the previous round earned another point with a 0–0 draw against Red Star Penzing. In total, they have collected 9 points and currently sit in 13th place.
The Vienna Amateurs, meanwhile, have struggled to maintain their strong early-season form. Although the postponed match against FC Mauerwerk was later awarded as a 3–0 win for Vienna, the team has lost its last three matches played.
Nevertheless, the Vienna Amateurs remain in striking distance. Sitting in 4th place, the blue-and-yellows are still right in the chase for the top spots. Both Dinamo Helfort and 1980 Wien have recently dropped points, while only Wienerberg managed to impress — taking over the league lead after their head-to-head win against Vienna.
