Vienna Amateurs face Red Star Penzing away

In the 14th round of the Vienna City League, the Vienna Amateurs will visit Red Star Penzing. The match will take place this coming Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Red Star ground.

Vienna secured three important points in the last round. In the neighborhood derby against WAF, the Blue and Yellows left nothing to chance and won 4–0. The goals came from Birkhahn, Pistrol, Zeidler, and Uysal.

With the victory over WAF, the Vienna Amateurs were able to solidify their position in the standings. Their lead over Austria XIII has now grown to five points. The match between Dinamo Helfort and 1980 Wien ended in a draw, allowing the Blue and Yellows to gain ground on the teams ahead of them.

Red Star Penzing also managed a win in the last round, defeating Austria XIII 2–0. With 15 points, they currently sit in eighth place in the table.
