We remember the victims of the Holocaust

On 27 January, the International Holocaust Remembrance Day is observed for the 22nd time. Remembering the countless Jewish men and women who fell victim to National Socialism is also of great significance at First Vienna FC 1894.

As Austria’s oldest football club, we feel a social responsibility—rooted in our history—to ensure that the memory of this terrible time never fades. As in previous years, First Vienna FC 1894 supports the Austrian Bundesliga’s initiative. Under the motto #WeRemember, we honor the victims of the Holocaust.

Vienna stands for openness and tolerance. Anti-Semitism and xenophobia have no place in our society. Remembering the victims of the Holocaust must never end—this is a commitment we uphold as a club.
