Rudolf Eggenberger Celebrates a Milestone Birthday
Last week, our former head coach Rudolf Eggenberger celebrated his 80th birthday. The entire Vienna family congratulates Rudi on this special milestone!
For four years, Eggenberger stood on the sidelines as head coach of First Vienna FC 1894 in more than 150 competitive matches. Last week he celebrated his 80th birthday and received a special gift to mark the occasion. During a meeting of Vienna legends at the club museum at the Naturarena Hohe Warte, Eggenberger was presented with a personalized jersey featuring the fitting number 80.
