Injury Setback for Max Mergner
In the last league match against Austria Klagenfurt, Max Mergner had to be substituted early due to injury. The Bavarian initially tried to continue the match but was unable to carry on and was taken off the field in the 34th minute.
Further examinations have now revealed that Max sustained a serious knee injury. As a result, he will be unavailable to the team for several months.
We wish Max a speedy and full recovery and hope to see him back on the pitch soon.
