Aleksandra Sergeeva Joins First Vienna FC 1894
First Vienna FC 1894 has strengthened its squad for the upcoming season with the signing of Aleksandra Sergeeva. The 20-year-old attacking player joins the club from LASK and already brings valuable international experience to Hohe Warte.
Squad planning for the Vienna women's team continues to gather pace with the arrival of the talented Bulgarian international. Sergeeva most recently played for LASK, where she showcased her quality in the ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga.
Sergeeva began her football development in the youth academy of FC Bayern Munich, making appearances for the club's U17 side. In 2021, she also made her first appearances for Bayern Munich II before joining VfL Wolfsburg in 2022.
At VfL Wolfsburg, Sergeeva played for the club's second team in Germany's second division. Over the course of two seasons, she made more than 30 competitive appearances and scored four goals. Following her spell in Wolfsburg, she joined Spanish top-flight side Deportivo Alavés.
In 2025, Sergeeva moved to LASK in the ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga. She made 24 appearances for the Linz club, contributing three goals and three assists during an impressive campaign. Following a successful season, she now makes the move to Vienna-Döbling.
International Experience
Sergeeva's performances have also earned her recognition on the international stage. She has represented Bulgaria at various youth levels, making 17 appearances and scoring six goals. The 20-year-old has also made her senior international debut and has already featured in six matches for the Bulgarian national team.
