Periskop – Vienna’s New Matchday Magazine
With Periskop, Vienna is launching its new official matchday magazine. The publication was initiated by the Vienna Supporters, who developed the original idea and concept. Together with committed club members and staff, it has grown into a project supported by the entire Vienna community.
Periskop represents exactly what makes Vienna special: people who are passionate about their club and come together to create something meaningful. The new matchday magazine is the result of this collaboration and aims to bring the blue-and-yellow community even closer together.
From now on, a new issue will be published for every home match of the men’s team. Periskop looks back at the previous weeks, previews the upcoming match and offers a range of exciting stories, background features and insights from around Vienna. A regular guest column will also feature different voices from the blue-and-yellow community. The first editions will feature club historian Alexander Juraske, who will share fascinating stories from the club’s long history and regularly take readers on a journey into the past of Austria’s oldest football club.
A special thank you goes to everyone who has made Periskop possible with their dedication and passion. Representing everyone involved, Maximilian Dollinger, Moritz Thaler, Thomas Pollak and Christof Kopf have been responsible for the editorial implementation and development of the project.
Periskop will be available free of charge in a limited edition at every home match of the men’s team. Copies can be picked up at the stadium entrance, at the Supporters information desk and in the VIP clubs. Thanks to the support of our partners, the matchday magazine can be offered free of charge to all visitors. If you would like to take home a copy, however, we recommend getting one early on matchday – copies are available while stocks last.
