The Vienna Young Talent Center
The Vienna Youth Centre (Academy Level II) represents a significant step in the promotion of their young football talents. With a clear focus on athletic training, personal development and education, we are creating the ideal conditions for aspiring football stars to develop their skills and exploit their full potential by participating in the newly founded ÖFB Youth Regional League East. As a pioneer in the promotion of talent, Vienna sets standards and, as the oldest club in Austria, contributes to positively shaping the future of Austrian football.
Training at the Vienna Young Talent Center
Vienna is an innovative training club with the aim of offering young talents the opportunity for sporting and personal training. The blue and yellow squad forge is an attractive contact for players throughout Eastern Austria and beyond. Currently, our U16 and U18 men's teams are taking part in the newly founded ÖFB youth regional league and will meet teams such as GAK, Hartberg, Horn, St. Pölten and Co. and can thus prove their skills nationwide.
Athletic training:
Our youth centre is home to a U16 and U18 team that compete in the newly created ÖFB youth regional league. Our young talents are intensively encouraged and trained by first-class coaches and supervisors. We use state-of-the-art training methods and technologies to ensure that our players can reach their full sporting potential. Through targeted training sessions, tactical training and realistic match simulations, we prepare our players for the path to professional football.
Personal development:
Our mission goes beyond just playing football. At First Vienna Football Club 1894, we attach great importance to the personal development of our players. We promote important life skills such as teamwork, communication, responsibility and respect. Our youth centre is a place where young people grow not only as footballers, but also as individuals. We attach great importance to values such as fair play and the development of strong character building.
Education and future prospects:
We firmly believe that a solid school education lays the foundation for a successful future. The First Vienna Football Club 1894 offers our players support with their school obligations. By working with partner schools, we try to create an optimal framework for the compatibility of school/training and sport. We encourage our players to pursue their dreams, whether it's in football or other fields.

Das Vienna Nachwuchszentrum
Das Vienna Nachwuchszentrum (Akademie Stufe II) repräsentiert einen bedeutenden Schritt in der Förderung ihrer jungen Fußballtalente. Mit einem klaren Fokus auf sportlicher Ausbildung, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Bildung schaffen wir mit der Teilnahme an der neu gegründeten ÖFB-Jugendregionalliga Ost die idealen Bedingungen für aufstrebende Fußballstars, um ihre Fähigkeiten zu entfalten und ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen. Als Pionier in der Talenteförderung setzt die Vienna Maßstäbe und trägt als ältester Verein Österreichs dazu bei, die Zukunft des österreichischen Fußballs positiv mitzugestalten.
Die Ausbildung im Vienna Nachwuchszentrum
Die Vienna ist ein innovativer Ausbildungsverein, mit dem Ziel jungen Talenten, die Möglichkeit einer sportlichen und persönlichen Ausbildung zu bieten. Die blau-gelbe Kaderschmiede ist dabei ein attraktiver Ansprechpartner für Spieler in ganz Ost-Österreich und darüber hinaus. Aktuell nehmen unsere U16- und U18-Mannschaften der Herren an der neu gegründeten ÖFB-Jugendregionalliga teil und treffen dort unter anderem auf Mannschaften wie GAK, Hartberg, Horn, St. Pölten und Co. und können so überregional ihr Können unter Beweis stellen.
- Sportliche Ausbildung:
Unser Nachwuchszentrum beherbergt eine U16- und U18-Mannschaften, die in der neu geschaffenen ÖFB-Jugendregionalliga antreten. Unsere jungen Talente werden von erstklassigen Trainern und Betreuern intensiv gefördert und ausgebildet. Wir setzen modernste Trainingsmethoden und -technologien ein, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Spieler ihr volles sportliches Potenzial entfalten können. Durch gezielte Trainingseinheiten, taktische Schulungen und realitätsnahe Spielsimulationen bereiten wir unsere Spieler auf den Weg in den Profifußball vor. - Persönliche Entwicklung:
Unsere Mission geht über das reine Fußballspiel hinaus. Beim First Vienna Football-Club 1894 legen wir großen Wert auf die persönliche Entwicklung unserer Spieler. Wir fördern wichtige Lebenskompetenzen wie Teamarbeit, Kommunikation, Verantwortung und Respekt. Unser Nachwuchszentrum ist ein Ort, an dem junge Menschen nicht nur als Fußballer, sondern auch als Individuen wachsen. Wir legen großen Wert auf Werte wie Fair Play und die Entwicklung einer starken Charakterbildung. - Bildung und Zukunftsperspektiven:
Wir glauben fest daran, dass eine solide schulische Ausbildung die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Zukunft legt. Der First Vienna Football-Club 1894 bietet unseren Spielern Unterstützung bei ihren schulischen Verpflichtungen. Über die Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationsschulen versuchen wir einen optimalen Rahmen für die Vereinbarkeit von Schule/Ausbildung und Sport zu schaffen. Wir ermutigen unsere Spieler dazu, ihre Träume zu verfolgen, sei es im Fußball oder in anderen Bereichen.
